Finding your ring size

With a ring you own — measure the inside diameter in millimetres and match it in the chart below.

With a strip of paper — wrap it snugly around the base of the finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length. Divide by 3.14 for the diameter.

Fingers change through the day — measure in the evening, at room temperature, and if you sit between sizes choose the larger.
