Zanetta Campbell Fine Jewellery L.L.C-FZ, registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.), is the controller of the personal information described here. If you join the list — your email address, and a note of where you signed up. We use it to tell you when pieces arrive. Nothing else, and only with your consent.

If you place an order — your name, email address, telephone number if you give one, any note you add to the order, and the pieces you bought. We need these to perform the contract: to confirm the order, arrange insured delivery and issue your certificate.

Your delivery address is collected by Stripe on its own secure payment page and passed to us to send the piece.

Your card details are never seen by this site.Payment happens entirely on Stripe’s systems.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss, because there is nothing tracking you.

Your basket is kept in your own browser’s local storage so it survives a refresh. It never leaves your device until you check out. Clearing your browser data clears it.

Staff signing in to the private console use a session cookie. That is a staff login, not a customer one.

Only the services required to run the shop, each acting on our instructions: Stripe for payment, Supabase for the database that holds orders and the mailing list, Vercel for hosting, and the carrier who delivers your piece.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

These providers operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside your own country under the safeguards those providers maintain.

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, and so that we can honour the certificate and any later repair — a piece can come back to the atelier decades after it was sold.

Mailing-list entries are kept until you unsubscribe, after which the address is removed.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to the address above and we will answer within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the data protection authority where you live.

If what we collect changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
