Terms of sale
Last updated 21 August 2026
These terms govern every piece sold by Zanetta Campbell, whether ordered through this site or arranged privately with the atelier. Placing an order means accepting them.
The pieces
Each piece is made by hand and set with natural gemstones. Stones are individually certified, and the certificate issued with your piece records its own stones — not a representative sample.
Because the stones are natural and the settings are hand-finished, colour, inclusions and dimensions vary from piece to piece and from the photographs on this site. That variation is a property of the material, not a defect.
Pieces marked one of one exist as a single example. Once sold, they cannot be reordered, and only one can be added to an order.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email — not when payment is taken. If a piece has already sold, or a price or description was published in error, we may decline the order and refund you in full.
Prices and tax
Prices are shown in the currency you select and are inclusive of any sales tax or VAT that applies to your delivery address. The price you see is the price you pay.
Currencies other than the US dollar are converted for display; the amount charged is calculated at checkout and shown to you before you pay.
Import duties or customs charges raised by the destination country are not included and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by card through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. For bespoke commissions and private sales, the atelier will arrange payment terms with you directly in writing.
Made to order and lead times
Pieces marked pre-order or made to your specification are crafted after your order is placed, with an approximate eight-week lead time. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date; we will tell you if it moves.
Ring sizing, engraving and other alterations made to your specification are treated as bespoke — see the returns page for how that affects cancellation.
Delivery
Pieces are dispatched insured and require a signature. We will contact you to arrange a delivery window rather than leaving a piece unattended.
Where shipping is shown as arranged after your order, we will confirm the carrier, the cost if any, and the timing in writing before dispatch.
Risk and title
Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full.
Certificates and authenticity
Each piece is supplied with its certificate, recording its stones, its gold assay and a serial number unique to that piece. Certificates can be verified at any time from the code printed in the booklet.
Certificates record what has been tested. They are not a valuation, and they are not an insurance appraisal.
If something is wrong
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, tell us within a reasonable time and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Ordinary wear, damage from impact or chemicals, and alterations by another jeweller are not faults. The atelier can quote for repairs in those cases.
Governing law
Zanetta Campbell Fine Jewellery L.L.C-FZ is registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (trade licence 2651138.01).
